199th Pa. Infantry
Raised in 1864 with men from Philadelphia, Montgomery, Lancaster, Dauphin, Crawford, Allegheny, Lycoming and Erie Counties. Also known as the Commercial Regiment. Fought at Petersburg and Appomattox. Lost 84 enlisted men and officers to wounds and disease during service. Mustered out in Richmond in June 1865. 4 of its men passed through Camp Discharge.
