191st Pa. Infantry (2nd Veteran Volunteers)
Organized in the field in 1864 with men from 8 Pa. counties including Philadelphia, plus Prince William County, Va. Took part in 11 actions including Cold Harbor, Petersburg, Appomattox and Five Forks. 201 enlisted men and officers died of wounds and sickness during service. 2 died at Andersonville. Regiment took part in Grand Review in D.C. 9 of its men passed through Camp Discharge.
