Dr. Herman C. Giersch, Distinguished Alumnus of Lower Merion High School 1932, grew up in Bryn Mawr and taught music in the Lower Merion School District. In World War II his Army unit liberated a concentration camp. Recorded with his former violin student Ed Minshall, March 2012.
