Notes/Abstract: Memo written by John Roberts II in 1752, being a copy of a receipt given to his father, Robert Roberts for Quit Rents on his lands. The 99 acres mentioned in Blockley is the land he, Robert Roberts, bought in 1716 from Joseph Abraham and the Deed is here with our newspaper items. I think these so called Quit Rents are payments on land purchased and are not Rentals. Part of Goshen property sold to Thomas Goodwin and one acre in Blockley sold to Rudolph Latch
