90th Pa. Infantry

Organized in 1861 in Philadelphia. Assigned to Army of the Potomac (I Corps, then V Corps). Engaged in 16 combat operations including Second Bull Run, Chantilly, Antietam, Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, Gettysburg, and Wilderness. 230 of its enlisted men and officers succumbed to injury and illness. 10 died at Andersonville, 1 at Florence. Regiment merged with 11th Pa. Infantry Nov. 26, 1864. 36 of its men went through Camp Discharge, including 2 Andersonville survivors.
